Seed by Ania Ahlborn

My rating: 4 of 5 stars I enjoyed this book. I read books by this author before, so going in I had high expectations and this one did not disappoint. It reminded me of Insidious and Hereditary. The story is set in Louisiana and is about a family of four. Jack, Amy, Abigail and Charlotte. All is well until they get into a car accident one night. They develop a bond after having deep conversations about life, love, and death. This book filled me with warmth, surprise and laughter. It also made me think deeply about topics that I have never pondered before. The author, Jaroslav Kalfar, did an outstanding job telling this story. I believe that all the characters were well developed and believable. I found myself relating to Jakub and even thinking the same thoughts as him on more than one instance. At first, I was very concerned for Jakub because this was a dangerous mission and he was going alone....
