Rating: 5 This book was disgustingly good, however it is not for those who are easily disturbed. Imagine the SAW movies, but instead of adults in the trap, it is children. The story starts with introducing the reader to a man named Rock and three low income families. These three families were each approached by Rock who said his boss would pay them three thousand dollars for their children to test some new playground equipment. The beginning is a bit predictable. These families need money so of course they are going to take the offer. Have they not heard of the saying “if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is”? They decide to make the trip and take their children, however the playground is not what they expected. I finished this book in two days because I could not put it down. The suspense was killing me.
